Fully furnished bedrooms available in a spacious three bedroom apartment with balcony in a beautiful apartment complex.
There are two swimming pools available to the tenants and there is also a well-appointed gym at an additional cost. The apartment is outfitted with a washer and a dryer.
The complex is approximately ten minutes away from the train station. It is a few minutes from a shopping center. It is close to St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center.
The two rooms are furnished and have an air conditioner and television.
Room 2: 9ft. 11 inches by 12ft.
Cable and wireless access are included as are all utilities, amenities, and incidentals (i. e., toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent).
You will have full access to the kitchen and its numerous appliances as well as all the common areas.
A full bathroom shower/tub are shared by two of the bedrooms.

I am currently seeking two roommates who are professionals. Looking for mature and thoughtful individuals who will keep the common areas clean. I do not want anyone who parties a lot and is noisy.
It is a month to month rental requiring a one month's security and the first month's rent on moving-in day. I require one month's notice with that month's rent paid. On the day of departure, the security deposit will be returned barring no major destruction to the apartment.
All you need to bring are your clothes and food.
