Room For Rent

I have two rooms for rent. One large room with private entrance. One small room. Both rooms share a bathroom. Nice bath- just redone. Property includes pool and parking. I'm a professional. I work 5 days a week and I'm an early riser I start around 4:30 AM. My home is my sanctuary. I'm recently divorced and could use some roommates for extra cash. I wouldn't mind having someone around the house either. I'm pretty busy all the time but when I'm home it's pretty quiet. The only thing not included is laundry washer/dryer. I don't want any parties or groups of people hanging out . I'm looking for roommates who are professionals who have to get up and go to work like myself- I'm also a no shoes in the house person. Shoes get left at the door. Hope that's not a problem.
