Rent includes all utilities but for shared internet

Share a quiet house with SUNY SB grads, undergrads and local working folks.
Full use of kitchen and yard. Share bathrooms. No clothes washer/dryer.
5 minute walk to buses at the mall to SUNY SB
Rooms are generally not furnished, though some will have beds etc.
Laundry 1 mile away. All rooms are above ground.
Looking for clean, quiet, friendly people who will do their share of the housework. You MUST be willing to (when it's your turn)
take out the garbage, wash the kitchen floor, etc., just as you would in your own place.

Would be nice if you can provide recommendations from prior landlords.
GOOD HEAT ! It will be snowing soon and it's a very warm house.

The house is shared at the moment by: a recent PhD in music from SUNY SB, a nursing student, a undergrad pre med student, A PhD candidate in philosophy, a workman at SUNY SB and a woman and her boyfriend (she used to work at Toy?s R US in the mall)
