I am a retired military and law enforcement officer. I own a very large house. I am willing to rent several rooms in the house. I can rent the entire private floor with bathroom and kitchen or I can rent it as rooms. I am open to either concept. Each room is $850 a month, which includes utilities and internet. Pay per view is extra. The house is completely renovated. Everything is pretty much all brand new. There is a $1000 security Deposit.

You will be required to sign a lease (month to month), and subject the a background check.

The house is very spacious. There is a front, very large side and back yards. It is located in a beautiful and very quiet part of the town. There is both private and street parking available. All stores and shops are about a 10 minute walk or a two minute car drive.

It is available immediately for tenant occupancy.
