Small cottage

This is a seperate cottage on my property, I live in the house next door, a driveway seperates the two places. The cottage is set up as a studio apartment with a full bath and a corner kitchenette. One step entry, off street parking. The cottage is close to Smith Point Beach, William Floyd Parkway, the bay, ocean, sky diving, farm stands and wineries. It is 60 minutes to "The Hamptons". The town is small with a laundry mat, 3 take out restaurants, a butcher, hair salon. A great bicycle community, public buses available.
