Large furnished room in two bedroom house, steps from Beach in Osprey Point section of Mastic Beach. Bedroom is private has full size bed dresser and six drawers under bed. Large closet plenty of room. I have two small lovable Yorkies, so tenant must love pets I am looking for a mature responsible professional woman like myself to share my residence with. Must be employed and respectful. No overnight company please. All utilities are included, including washer and dryer. A/c in summer monrths also included.
