Located off N. Ocean Ave. in Medford. Near Masonic Ave. Share main section of the house, living room, kitchen and bathroom with 2/3 other guys.
It is usually pretty quiet here. Have rented to students before. We have a big back yard with pond. Parking is in the street. We do have a washer and dryer that you can use. Electric and WIFI is included.
Rent needs to be on time every month. Not going to do a credit check but 1 month security is necessary.
Pet friendly as there are 2 friendly dogs here now. No cats, sorry. We will except one more small to medium size dog with a good temperament.
Drinking is fine. Smoking outside is OK. Not running a halfway house. Guests are fine. No parties.
