Room for rent

Located off N. Ocean Ave. in Medford. Near Masonic Ave. Share main section of the house, living room, kitchen and bathroom with 2/3 other guys.

You must be neat and clean up after yourself.
The room is partially furnished if needed.

It is usually pretty quiet here. Have rented to students before. We have a big back yard with pond. Parking is in the street. We do have a washer and dryer that you can use. Electric and WIFI is included.

Rent needs to be on time every month. Not going to do a credit check but 1 month security is necessary.

Pet friendly as there is 1 friendly dog here now. Carlos the Bulldog is quiet and sleeps a lot. If your pet can't get along then it's a deal breaker.

We will except one more small to medium size dog with a good temperament.

Drinking is fine. Herb is fine. Smoking outside is OK.
Not running a halfway house. If you have a drug problem ( dope, meth, hard/soft, etc..) DO NOT RENT HERE.
Guests are fine. No parties.

The room is being painted. There is a bed and a dresser in the room but I can have it cleared out for you if needed.
