Seeking SBU grad student/Private room-Quiet house

Private bedroom (13 x 13') in a quiet house with a married working couple. Private bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom has a hardwood floor with area rug and is fully furnished with full size bed, dresser, desk, two tall bookcases, one short bookcase, ceiling fan, full closet and bulletin board. Central A/C. 8 miles to Stony Brook University campus. Parking in driveway or on street. Utilities included, including WiFi. Use of washer and dryer. Use of pool, deck, sunroom, living room and kitchen (no heavy cooking). No smoking inside house or in yard. You cannot have pets but you must be dog friendly as we have two quiet senior dogs. MUST BE QUIET, CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECTFUL. No parties. Rent $1,000 per month. First and last months rent plus one month security deposit due at signing ($3,000). You must pass a credit check, background check and have proof that you are a SBU medical, dental or PhD student.
