Newly renovated apartment in North Lindenhurst in a family friendly community. New kitchen and bathroom to be shared. The homeowner is in one bedroom and is renting out the bedroom at $800/room per month. I will negotiate perks after the tour. Driveway, porch, yard to share, town pool pass provided to use across the street and town passes for recreation day and night. The homeowner works long hours so not home much. Sharing the living and dining room space too. More updates to apartment will continue to occur so it is a wonderful home. The homeowner is a teacher, so she is very patient and understanding of people and easy to get along with. Room is 11' x 12'. Females preferred. couples or single mother with a child allowed.
