Large Furnished Room with Private Bathroom

I am looking for a single student or professional working male or female to occupy a nicely furnished room with a private bathroom.

The room is on the second floor with a private bathroom. The room has one queen size bed, side table, lamp, side chair, large closet, Smart TV, small desk, and chair. Shared dining and kitchen areas, large yard with paved patio for you to use in the summer. I am extremely particular when it comes to cleanliness and would prefer someone who is extremely clean and tidy especially that you will share the kitchen and dining spaces.

I am not into drama and don't need anyone who has drama or lives any dramatic lifestyle. No loud talker or noisy individual. This home is in a very quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood and neighbors are observant; some of them in law enforcement. An occasional guest is okay, but they cannot stay overnight. No party, drugs or smoking of any kind will be allowed. Alcohol is okay but no drunks.

I enjoy gardening (vegetable and flowers) and if you do and have time, you are welcome to participate.
