Room comes with queen size bed, flat screen TV, mirror. You’ll have full access to kitchen with nature backyard view, living room for reading, listening to music and general chilling out, enclosed porch with scenic street view, dining area for meals, laundry room with washer and dryer, media rec room with larger flat screen tv, gym area for workouts, meditating, or crafts, backyard area with patio table and chairs. No smoking except for outside patio area. Parking is in front of and also a sloped driveway. We would split the utilities.
