Hello!
We have four single rooms in total, with two already occupied. Together, we share a common room, kitchen (newly remodeled!) and bathroom. Every room is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. We have free cable and wifi and utilities normally cost between $15 and $30. There is heat and a window AC unit available if you want it. Street parking is available.

We're looking for people who are clean and quiet. The landlord has a strict rule against parties and we want someone who will not be super disruptive or disrespectful to the current tenants and landlord.
