Large Room available for rent in private house in Croton on Hudson in Westchester County. Close to Metro North train station. Room has very large window and Private Bathroom. There is always street parking and neighborhood is extremely quiet. The room is large enough to hold a Queen size bed and an entire bedroom set comfortably. In the house lives a couple with a toddler. The room is for a single person, females are preferred(No couples). It is less than a 10 minute drive to the croton Harmon metro-north station The rent is $900. First months rent and a security deposit of one months rent will be required to move in. All utilities are included in the rent as well as WiFi. The area is very safe and there is a lot of parkland for people interested in running or just being outdoors. No overnight guests are allowed. Dirty people are not welcome in the house either. We are constantly cleaning and following COVID-19 protocol for social distancing. Please know you will need to cooperate in the cleaning of the common areas that you will be using. Background checks will be conducted for anyone interested in the room and I will need to see paystubs and proof you are currently working.
