Room available

This room is located close to the metro north and also the Manhattan bound 2 train. It?s a very quiet Room and it can hold up to a queen size bedroom set, own entrance, the room has a rear door that leads to the back, the kitchen and bathroom is direct from it which we would share. We would also shared living room. I would prefer someone that is kid friendly because I have a daughter, I?m a single parent. We are very quiet and very friendly.
