2 bed/1 full bath (shared) in private home located in a lovely residential area. Perfect for professionals: close to train stations (Port Chester or Rye) with a 40 minute commute to NYC, close to I287 and I95, and 15 mins drive to Greenwich or Stamford, CT. $1,100 rent per month + ½ utilities (Cable, ConEdison) and shared grocery, i. e. Kleenex, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Entire house is furnished except for your private bedroom which has a large closet and lots of sunlight. Full use of kitchen and laundry (on premises), and plenty of street parking. $1,100 security deposit required + $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.
