Living room w/ fireplace
Kitchen w/ tile floor (refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher)
Bathroom w tile floor (vanity, toilet, tub/shower, Storage)
Hardwood floors throughout.
What's included in the price of rent:
Off street parking (tenant use only)
Washer / dryer (tenant use only) not coin operated.
Heat, electric, hot water, internet
Rules of House
NO DRUGS (that includes marijuana), NO PETS, NO SMOKING (outside smoker ok)
