Looking for one (1) roommate to share a fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath garden apartment in downtown white plain.

The unit is on the top floor of a 3 story walkup apartment building. Approx. 850 sq ft. with a spacious, airy, sunlit living room, and fully equipped kitchen.

Quiet, yet still conveniently located and steps away from shops and public transportation.

Parking onsite NOT available but residents of my building park at the Chester Maple municipal garage right across the street (24 hr - $140/month; Overnight 6pm to 8am - $64/month).

Bedroom faces west, comes furnished with a queen sized bed and a window a/c unit.

I am male, 38, single, a non-smoker, neat (a bit fastidious at times), and easy going. I work at a law firm and and enjoy cooking and traveling. I am mindful of personal and physical boundaries but it would also be nice to make a friend.

I have peacefully occupied this apartment for about 9 years now and am looking for a like-minded roommate. No parties, no pets, no drugs, no smoking.

The location is ideal for professionals who work in downtown white plains or the surrounding area. Space is also conducive for study. The apartment is on a street perpendicular to the White Plains Hospital.
