- $1350 for 1 person, $1500 for 2, all included.
- 1 month deposit and 1 month rental to move in
- Available Nov 01, can be sooner if you want.
- 6 month lease.

We are looking for one or 2 persons in their 20s - 30s. Student or professional, quiet, nice, sincere and friendly.
