Yonkers, NY - single family unit (lower level) of a house, has 3 total rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and 2 common spaces (bar/dining and living). Partially furnished common spaces which allows for room to add furniture if wanted/needed. Basement allows for some storage and has 2 sets of washer/dryer units (takes quarters). Street parking available. No smoking or pets allowed. Lease and rent are handled directly through the landlord.

Available room to rent is closest to the back of our house (near kitchen/bathroom). Good size closet w/ sliding doors and upper storage. Room will not be furnished so please plan to supply your own bed/furniture. Outlets and WiFi are available. 1 yr lease, $667/month + cost of utilities which is typically $160 per person.

There are 2 females living here currently who are both working professionals in their late 20's. We are pretty quiet and laid back. Looking to find 3rd female roommate who is fun, energetic, working professional or student , clean/tidy, responsible, and looking to be in the house for at least 1 yr.
