The room has carpet and the apartment is 2 floors. First floor is living room and kitchen. I am a part time nail artist and keep my nail studio down stairs. The second floor has 2 rooms, 1 bathroom and open hall walk space which is where I keep my sewing studio because I am also a seamstress. I provide all toiletries, and cleaning supply to maintain the home. The apartment is under some new Design changes. The neighborhood is safe quite 2 minute walk from the local buses and express city bus to manhattan. 10 min drive from the 1 train and 4 train. If you work in the city it?s an 1 hour commute daily.
