This is a 3 bedroom apartment in a private house, on the ground floor. The rent is split between me and two other girls, so $700 a month equaling to $2100. The WiFi ($18) and con ed (depends) is split as well. I am moving out asap before the lease is up June 30th. They need someone to replace me to fulfill the rent until the lease is up in June. They do plan to leave as well, however the lease can be renewed. The room is a good size, doesn’t have a closet but I made it work by putting things under my bed. Neighborhood isn’t too bad and has a great laundry-mat up the street, convenient stores nearby and close to all public transportation such as the bus and metro north train to the city (NYC).
