Cozy Apartment

This apartment is a one bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. You will be the only one in the apartment. This is more of an apartment rental than a room rental. Short term stays recommended. Weekly, biweekly or 1-2 months Max. Whatever works for you.
Located on the 3rd floor, building is very quiet, outside is more active in the summer time.
Parking available on premises for an extra fee of $50 for the month, $15/ weekly or $25/bi weekly.
No shoes on the carpet that’s located in the living room area, however you can wear shoes around the house if you please. No smoking of cigarettes, weed smoking is okay. No parties. If guest is staying for more than 3 nights, that’s something you must discuss with me.
Internet is included, office desk is also in the room.
