I live in a single family home, with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a finished basement, with a sit in Kitchen, and living space area. I currently have two bedrooms available for rent. They are approximately 640 sq. ft. together.
The neighborhood I live in is very quiet, in which we have neighbors who respect our property within this community.
I have television / internet access on all 3 levels of my home. A renter or renters are welcome to use the internet, kitchen, washer / dryer ; bathrooms as needed, as long as they take care property & clean up after themselves. The use of electricity, water, and gas will be a seperate fee from your monthly rent, based upon shared usage.
