Female Roomate ONLY

Hey 👋🏼 my name is Kiara and I am currently looking for someone to be my roommate. My apartment is located in Yonkers, NY. I have a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP. I need a female roommate who is clean, responsible and not lazy. Rent which is $1900 ($950 each), internet ($50 each) and con ed would be split. Laundry is downstairs so there is no need to go outside to do laundry. However parking is on the street if you have a car. If you don’t have a car there is a bus stop on the corner. I already have some utilities and some furniture so you won’t need much unless you plan on bringing some of your own, or feel the need to get something to make yourself comfortable.
