One upstairs furnished bedroom is available for $120 per week (master) in 4-bedroom house. Utilities are included (gas, water, electricity and high-speed internet) as long as they are used reasonably. All major appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, and range) and some small appliances may be used. House is a 1-minute drive to the Cleveland Metropark - Rocky River Reservation on the North Olmsted border - short drive to the Great Northern Shopping Mall and the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. Very close to I-71 and I-480. Right next to the back entrance to the Glenn Research Center (NASA). One person per room. Two-week deposit required and first weeks rent needed to move-in. Must be willing to agree to a criminal background check. Homeowner occupied (male) with two other roommates. One person per room. Week to Week rental agreement. 13-week minimum or more preferred stay.
