Hello - welcome to my listing and home in West Boulevard! My home is a duplex (that I recently purchased) and I am seeking a roommate for the downstairs unit to live with me. The home is 1 mile from Target and places to eat!
Since I just recently bought the home, there is no furniture in the living room and dining room yet and none in the bedroom. It is pretty bare bones so feel free to bring any furniture you’d like. I prefer no pets but would allow cats. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. Parking is in the driveway and a lot of storage if needed. There is also shared laundry in the basement.
The room is available for move-in immediately and I am asking $625 per month plus utilities. I do require an application ($38 / person) before move-in which will cover background, credit, and I will perform rental and employment verifications. I prefer someone to live there for 9-12 months and require a lease to be signed.
