im a single male work alot own my own business not into drama at all this is not a party spot nor will be one im easy going laid back have a 6 month old dog looking for someone i can trust and to help out around the house and look after my dog rent is negotiable this is a day to day to week room but could turn into a long term thing if the right person was found no over night guest or friends allowed off street parking washer dryer internet ect and not going to tolerate lying or any drama
