Chill roommate wanted for 2BR upstairs apt

Hi there, I am planning on signing a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment in Tremont. The rent is $1000 per month, so that would be $500 each + gas & electric. It is a pretty spacious apartment, and both bedrooms are big enough to fit a bed, desk, and some other furniture. There is also a third room that could work as an office. Other perks include an updated kitchen, in-unit washer/drier, balcony, and front porch.

About me: I am a pretty quiet and chill person. I work as an analyst for an insurance company, and my interests include guitar, rock climbing, board games, and beer. I generally keep to myself and don't have many people over, but I don't mind if you do.

About you: I am super open-minded about who I live with. I just ask that you communicate, do your share of the chores, and obviously pay rent.
