The property is half a double located on Campus near Suzi Qs, washer and dryer are here, BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT. (You will split the internet.) You would be taking the attic upstairs which is pretty big. Its not the greatest house but we do have a large living room and dining room.

I stream so am decently loud. (Not extreme at all.) I am a gamer and anime watcher. The other roommate is also the same but is not here as much. We are needing someone to move in either around now or May 1st ASAP, we had another roommate that was going to sign the new lease but could not because he could not pay the security deposit on time. (Did not seem stable as well.)

Also, everything in the photo has been left behind by previous roommates or is the landlords.
