Quiet Townhouse

Hello. I have a room available for rent in my cozy little townhouse located on the north side of Columbus. Very clean, quiet and secure location. Nothing too fancy tho, just a medium size room with a few pieces of furniture There's a small chair, full size bed with a new mattress, door mirror, waste basket, ceiling fan and an ac unit. Rent is $500/month, and includes all utilities and wifi, plus there's off street parking and a washer and dryer on the premises. There is also a $250 deposit.
