Looking for 1-2 roommates!

Great location, everything you need in Columbus is just 15 minutes away. 3 bedroom apartment and my roommate is moving out in June but the 3rd bedroom is available to move in asap. So we would be splitting mays rent 3 ways until June and worst case scenario, pay julys rent 2 ways until we find a 3rd roommate.

Very spacious apartment with a finished basement and a patio. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Internet is included in the rent which is $1495 and have one utility bill, water and electric. Around $200 during the spring and fall it goes up to $300 during the inter and summer months. I have the master and whoever is first will get the second biggest bedroom and the 3rd will be in the smallest.

All you have to pay is the background check which is and name change, will be $175 total and the security deposit is already taken care of.
