1 bedroom for rent in 2 bd house

I live alone with my dog right now spare room used to be my son's room but he moved out and I am in need of another roommate. I'm a quiet person and looking for the same no load music no parties aloud. If there is someone who is searching for a place to rent please contact me and let me know about yourself and what u do. My dog is kept in his crate so that's not an issue if someone prefers to avoid dogs although he is super friendly and still a puppy sort of although he might look intimidating at first;) . There is only one bathroom in this house and one kitchen. It's a 2 bedroom house I occupy 1 bedroom and second one is free right now. Again for more info and showing of the place contact me first.
