Third Roommate needed for 12 month lease!

Hi all!

I live at grandview apartments by Albion. A quick google search will show you where that is. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a ton of amenities around us. Rent is about 900$ a month per person, with utilities it usually adds up to just under 975$ a month per person..

The apartment would be a fully furnished (except your bedroom) unit with a washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor deck. The complex itself has 2 pools, basketball court, sand volleyball court, gym, and free parking included in rent. The area is pet friendly so pets are welcome as well.

Mostly looking for guys who like to have fun and would be interested in going out on a Friday night kind of thing, but all people are welcome!

Myself and my roommate are about a year out of college, both working full time jobs so most days the apartment is quiet other than weekends.

We are both social people! We welcome roommates who enjoy having people over and sitting around watching whatever game is on TV that night.
