The first floor of the apartment is a large hall with a coffee shop and a visual lounge with electricity, the second floor has a gym, a study room, and the third floor has a meeting room. You need to swipe the card to enter the main door, elevator and room door, which is safe and reliable.

My roommates may not be here during the summer vacation.

If you want to take over my contract, it's fine to sign contract with the landlord for the original contract price of 999 (not including utilities). You can also talk directly with the landlord if you want to renew the lease.
