APARTMENT: A spacious apartment with a fun atmosphere off of 125. Only 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Every store or restaurant you could want is off of 125! The community features a pool and fitness center. There is an onsite parking lot.

YOUR ROOM: Your space is an 11x12 room with ample connected closet space. A full memory foam bed is included, as well as a desk (which can be moved to the common space if you don't want it in your room). There is a ceiling hook for hanging an overhead light. It's a great blank slate to customize to your style!

LIVING ROOM: The communal living room features a modern green and gold color scheme. There are two large couches perfect for relaxing or having over a friend or two. The 55inch TV has streaming services and can connect to the internet. The overhead LED lights can be customized and controlled by an app.

KITCHEN: The kitchen features plenty of counter space and cabinets, as well as new appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster). It comes fully stocked with nonstick pots and pans, silverware, utensils, and dishware, which you may use (just wash it afterward).

BATHROOM: We will share the bathroom, which comes equipped with a shower/tub with built-in storage and a vanity sink.

PATIO: The patio is a work-in-progress, but I have an outdoor bench with a matching coffee table. It has hooks for hanging planters or lights. If you have a green thumb, this space may be perfect for you.

ABOUT ME: Hello, my name is MaKayla, I am a 24yo professional working in downtown Cincinnati. I am looking for a roommate that is a similar age with similar interests. I'd like to be friends with my roommate since we will interact every day—and who doesn't need another friend? I love design, art, movies, board games, and the occasional night out. My friend has provided this review: "the most put-together twenty-something I know". I'm an ENTJ—I'm very social and I am neat.

PETS: I rescued a 4yo beagle, who unfortunately, does not get along with cats. If you have a dog we will need to let them meet to see if they like each other. There is a tie-out off the patio that lets dogs hang out in the yard. There's additional pet deposits and pet rent if you have a dog.

COST: The $650 is a flat fee that includes rent and all utilities (water, electric, wifi, etc).

FIRST MONTH: We'll have a trial period and hold off on you paying the deposit and signing the lease with the complex until we've both made sure it's a good match.
