Below are our minimum requirements for a successful application:
- Net income of 2.5x the base monthly rent (base rent: $900.00-$950.00)
- No bankruptcies in the last 12 months
- No rental judgments/eviction nor landlord balances in the past 3 years
- Must have valid Drivers License and/or state-issued Photo ID / Passport
- Must have Social Security Card or sufficient residency documentation
- Background Check - No drugs, guns, and violent crimes.
- Credit Check - 640 minimum credit score. A lower score is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require a co-signer.
