SEEKING ONE ROOMMATE to share a house. Very unique in-law-suite that is a FULLY-FURNISHED PRIVATE SUITE. Includes Private personal BEDROOM, KITCHEN, BATH, LIVING ROOM and a PRVT ENTRANCE!!! It’s a suite inside a 4-bedroom, 3 bath home on the ‘lower level’ of well-maintained Bungalow home. It’s located on the Wickliffe/Willowick border of Euclid (1 street in). Off-street parking in the private driveway parking. Laundry in the unit (shared). Very homey fully-furnished unit with new updates, such as a new fridge and bath.
RENT is $700 ALL-INCLUSIVE ---can be $690 if you help with the cats (5 cats currently onsite – so must like cats). $700 includes ALL UTILITIES (Wi-Fi, water, sewer, gas, electric, garbage, property taxes, etc.). Closest residence inn is $1,200-1,800 month, closest 1bd is $700 mo + utilities.
AVAIL – SOON – once sanitized, probably mid-May
LEASE 6-mo lease minimum, then month-to-month. Have considered 4-6 month lease with rent increase to $800 mo to support the shorter turnaround sanitization/cleaning effort.

1. For ONE individual Roommate ONLY. Marital status not important, but only one person.
2. Sharing with 2 other Professional working, mature, adult females who live upstairs in their own suites, one works onsite.
3. No drama. You need to be reliable and trustworthy, respectful, clean. We rarely interact, but share laundry access, parking, personal noise levels, etc.
4. FULLY FURNISHED – no room for anything more except a desk, computer equipment.
5. Must like CATS – 5 cats onsite currently (hoping to reduce it to 3)
6. Limited guest policy. No 2nd person living here too (it’s happened :☹).
7. NOT handicap accessible. This unit is in the lower level of the home with 10 steps.
8. You’ll need a car – NOT close to any public transportation (4 stop signs to bus lines), but we are 5-minutes by car from 2 freeway entrances.
9. No smoking (allergies), and of course, no drug history or violence
10. A refundable Security Deposit of $500, nearly always refunded when the rental is returned as received.
11. Application fee $40 non-refundable for professional background check
