First Floor Master Bedroom for Rent

I am renting the master bedroom of my home, it is about 186 sq ft and has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The bedroom has vinyl plank flooring, the bathroom is tile and the closet is carpeted.

The main part of the house is a living room/dining room and kitchen with a half bath and laundry on the first floor. There is a semi-finished basement if you need storage. I will be on the second floor with my children. We are gone from about 7am-6pm M-F unless there is a holiday.
