Private room / shared bathroom

My property has a fenced in backyard and a driveway that can be shared or even parking in the yard. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with an elementary school, just down the block and a fire station right across the street. My roommate with get their own private bedroom but the bathroom would be a shared. However, the bathroom has been recently fully refurnished and has plenty of hot water to spare. The kitchen and living room would also be shared. However, those rooms will come fully furnished. Also in the amount your paying will include all the utilities (gas/electricity/water/internet)

Please note I only allow up to 1 pet (cat/dog) for my roommate as I already have 2 dogs.

My name is Devon and I have two dogs that live with me a dalmatian and beagle. They are both very friendly and active but they are allowed on the furniture in the living room and they do shed. I clean the whole house weekly and I clean up after myself. I’m currently working full-time second shift so when I’m gone by dogs are normally crated. I’m looking for a roommate that would be respectful and cleans up after themselves with a love for animals. Female roommates preferred and I would like to meet up to see if you’ll be a great roommate for a team up.
