$600 a month for rent, utilities, and internet.
2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths
Private bedroom (12' x 10') with large closet
Shared living room, dining room, and kitchen (which I won't have much in)
In-unit washer and dryer
No smokers; legal or otherwise
If you want pets, you will be responsible for all pet costs. Cats are fine. Dogs are iffy.
I work two jobs and won't be there most of the time.
I am very quiet and introverted and like to keep the place tidy.
