Basement room incl. utilities, parking and laundry

My name is Stephanie. I live with my two high school kids in an adorable 1948 home near the Great Miami River bike path. The room you would rent is in the basement. There is a semi private family room adjacent to the bedroom for your use. Unfortunately we pass through this family room to access our laundry room and the rest of the basement, so we would work out a considerate way to handle this. You would have access to use our washer and dryer and the utility sink near your room. You would share one of the family bathrooms at the top of the steps, as well as our kitchen. We are a loving family who would provide a place where you would feel welcome. But we aren’t always super quiet, so this would have to be taken into consideration. You would have access to the front porch as a place to enjoy the outside, as well as parking right across the street.
