Seeking reliable roomate

We live in a two story townhouse duplex with basement, my husband and I are in the basement, one roommate is in an upstairs bedroom, and we have one bedroom currently available to rent. There's 1.5 bath, as well as a washer and dryer in the front of basement. There's a parking lot across the street as well as in the back of the duplex, entrance is off buchtel Ave. We're just a few blocks from the hospital, and close to the university as well. Expressway in easily accessible in just minutes. I do have a dog and cat ESA. My husband works, and out make roommate is and myself are disabled.
