Looking for someone (female) to takeover my lease

Alight 12th ave is located not too far from OU. The apartment is furnished and also comes with a range of amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, a shuttle to and from the Lloyd Noble center, and more.
My current roommate is really nice, has a cat, loves plants, and I have never had any issue with them. Also, management is very nice.

These rooms now rent for $699 per month, but my lease is for just $639 per month with an additional $30 credit. The lease ends July 25, 2024.

Water/sewer, internet access, and trash disposal are included in the above rate, and you will be sharing only the electricity bill with the other roommate (which is about $30-$40/mo).
