Room for rent

Looking to rent out our spare room in OKC (located near Quail Springs mall, 73114) if anyone is interested! It’s furnished, with a new queen bed and a new mattress, floor mirror, walk-in closet. You will also have a mini fridge inside the room. There’s no bathroom inside the room but you can use the guest bathroom right next to it (we don’t use it cause we have our own bathroom upstairs but we’re planning to rent out one more room if it happens you’ll be sharing with another person or if we have guest coming over which doesn’t happen often lol) We also have a washer and a dryer that you can use. No pets, no smoking inside and no drugs.
