Midtown at Stillwater 4bd 4bth

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for an apartment at Midtown at Stillwater. It is a four bedroom four bathroom space. The tenant would have their own bedroom and bathroom and share a living room and kitchen area. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. The monthly rent includes wifi, a washer and dryer, as well as furniture and any utility fees. The complex also has a pool and a gym and is within walking distance from the OSU campus. The three other roommates are OSU students. I will offer the first months rent free to whoever takes over this lease. The apartment is extremely nice and I would definitely love to live there if I did not have to move closer to my family. If you have any other questions please contact me!
