Apartment room for rent

Please reach out for more information on room, I don’t have great pictures of the apartment. Current roommate to move out in December. Please note that rent will fluctuate based on utilities/monthly groceries(groceries will be split 50/50) and with renters insurance(each month(all costs will be split 50/50)).

Living room
Kitchen
Bathroom
Dinning room

Private areas:
Spare room
Balcony, I would like access to this every once in a while, I’m a people watcher!

Pets:
Dog - unspayed female, certified ESA

Who would be living in apartment: myself, and my dog

Who this room may suit:
Those who do not have a lot of furniture
Those with an active lifestyle
Those who have a dog/cat
Those who are able to walk up stairs

All-in-all, I’m really just looking for someone who I can get along with well, who has a stable job and is cleanly(sp?). Please reach out if you feel you would make a good fit! Thank you!
