Itya second floor apartment in a one year old 3 story apartment building. I have a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a computer room with Internet and printer, a community room, with some special events. I have cable and all necessary kitchen stuy. The reason I want a roommate is that I have a mobility problem, I have neuropathy. I can barely walk and use a. Wheelchair and scooter to get around. I wants roommate to help me when I shower. I'm concerned about falling. Also just to have someone around in case I do fall. I don't need a nurse, just someone around if I do fall. Race is not an issue. No drunks, druggies or criminals. Background check required.. I've been cheated and stolen from two Manny times.
