1 room for rent

I bought my own home at 20 years old. With the economy going up, i figured it would be best to have a roommate. I keep a clean home and ask that any roommate do the same. I do however have a large long haired german shepherd that sheds quite a bit, something to think about if you have bad allergies. I am looking for a female roommate that cleans up after themselves and wont cause chaos or drama in my home. Preferably someone who stays to themselves. Obviously you can bring your own bedroom furniture and decorate how ever you’d like but there is a bed and two dressers you can use if needed. i know the turquoise is awful if you’d like id be open to letting you paint it.
