**NOT for whole house, just for a single room** Single room in new construction house that decorated nicely with high end furniture. Bathroom is decorated. Room backs a small section of woods. Does not have another house directly behind. Utilities are included in total price.

House has a sweet and well trained black lab. Bathroom may become shared but is not shared at this time.

Very well kept household in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Very low crime. Convenient to local shops, many are walking distance. Neighborhood has many walking trails, protected waterways, occasional wildlife, and several parks.

NO animals. NO smoking.
Occupant limit to 1 individual.

Security deposit $1000. Requires background check & application, application fee $45.
